Prerequisites - Successful completion of the Pre-Installation course. This web-based course is available at http://users.onbase.com. Must have an OnBase solution installed in their organization before attending the course.

Goal - Provide attendees with the knowledge necessary to effectively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot their OnBase implementation.

Course Description - The System Administration course is designed to introduce new and existing system administrators to the use, maintenance, and administration of OnBase®. The class provides in-depth, hands-on experience based using actual business scenarios. The class also investigates technical support process, effective maintenance strategies, online documentation and other resources available to OnBase® system administrators.

Modules - COLD, DIP, Document Imaging, and EDMS.

Measure - The class culminates in a hands-on, practical examination. The student is responsible for creating document and keyword types as well as modifying existing items. Students are required to configure several basic processes and apply a security model to representative users.
