Prerequisites - Students must successfully complete the System Administration course and the Beginning Workflow WBT course prior to attending the course

Goal - Provide attendees with knowledge critical to effectively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot an OnBase® Workflow implementation.

Course Description - Introduction to Workflow is designed to introduce system administrators to the creation, modification, and administration of OnBase® Workflow implementations. The class provides in-depth, hands-on experience based on actual, completed implementations. Training scenarios require students to employ multiple functions within their workflow designs from the complete set available.
