Their technicians are certified in their respective areas and are experienced professionals pooling their knowledge when necessary to give seamless service to us. They respond quickly and thoroughly to every request we make and work diligently and appropriately to resolve issues that are new and recalcitrant, whether it involves hardware or the more than 50 software programs we use. Their office team is always friendly and eager to help, often going the "extra mile" for their customers.
